The rates include all charges, bed linen, towels, electricity, heating and cleaning 5 times per week. The cleaning of the kitchen (fully furnished kitchen with fridge and dishwasher – on request: toddler bed, toddler stool, toaster, microwave) is not included.

Reservation:
Room reservations are binding once the deposit is paid. If you wish to contract a holiday insurance please let us know.
The insurance costs per week and apartment are: € 69,- for the apartment #4 and € 103,- for the apartment #5,  #6.

Cancellation:
Room reservations are binding once the deposit is paid. In case of cancellation up to 1 month before the day of arrival the cancellation charge is  40% of the total price. In case of cancellation up to 1 week before the day of arrival the cancellation charge is 70 % of the total price and within the last week before the day of arrival the cancellation charge is 90 % of the total price. Furthermore the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry apply. For your own safety we offer a hotel cancellation insurance. Further information on request.

Furniture:
TV, radio, CD-player, free-of-charge WLAN / WIFI, in-room safe,  hairdryer, bathroom scales, bed linen, towels, fully furnished kitchen with fridge and dishwasher (on request: toddler bed, toddler stool, toaster, microwave)

There is a spa-area with sauna and a relaxation room as well as a infra-red cabin at your disposal.

Underground car park:
1 parking space for each apartment in our underground car park is free of charge. Any further car costs € 12,- per day.

Payment:
To make your stay more pleasant and to avoid unnecessary office work for us we ask you to pay your bill (total amount minus deposit) via bank transfer before your arrival. Thank you.

Please note that we do not accept credit cards and cash cards.
